Ideal experience for babies from newborn to non walkers and his/her parents. Catchment areas in Southeast London: SE3, SE6, SE7, SE9, SE10, SE12, SE18 or East Sussex in Crowborough (TN6) and surrounding areas.

The family will learn a baby massage routine appropriate for the age of the baby. One private session will give a good intro of what baby massage is, main benefits and some practical advice so that parents learn some strokes to massage baby. To learn more massage movements, it is recommended to book 3 sessions or more, that way parents can gain confidence practicing baby massage and learn the full routine. Price is per session so specify the number of sessions at checkout.

The movements are demonstrated with a doll. Sessions are friendly and baby led.

The ideal place in a home to do it is a living room or somewhere where we could sit on the floor, but the main thing is to choose a place where parents and baby feel comfortable.
