Pamper day for you and baby - Love Creates Love - March 2019
‘Love Creates Love’ meet ups are designed to give parents with babies some time to relax and a space to connect with others in the area.

10 - 11.30am
The first 45min will be all about relaxing and socialising with other parents with babies, there will be a soft area for the little ones. It isn’t a playgroup, the focus is the parents, but we know how important it is to have a child friendly space whilst parents enjoy a cuppa!
Parents will get a wellbeing goodie bag.
Our guest this time will be Joanne Murphy, an experienced physiotherapist and pilates instructor, specialised in postnatal care. From 10.45 to 11.15am there will be postnatal pilates taster, Joanne will just need to ask participants some health questions before starting. Babies can be with you of course and mats will be provided. So all you need is to come wearing comfortable clothes.
In the last 15 minutes, 11.15-11.30am, I will offer a free baby massage workshop for whoever wishes to take part, mats will be provided, just bring a blanket for baby and oil if you wish but you can also take part without oil.
£1 donation to go towards the church that provides the space, donation is optional, if you don’t wish to give it just use code NODONATIONFORNOW at checkout.
Donation is per family, twins don’t pay any extra and mum and dad are welcome, as well as babies with additional health care needs.

Free parking on Lionel Road and surroundings, the café is opposite the Co-op on Haimo Road and Westhorne Avenue.

Booking in advance will guarantee you a space, you could drop-in on the day too but best to book in advance if you can.
