‘Love Creates Love’ meet ups are designed to give parents with babies some time to relax and a space to connect with others in the area.

Once a month on a Friday

1 - 2.30 pm

The first 45 minutes will be all about relaxing and socialising with other parents with babies, there will be a soft area for the little ones. It isn’t a playgroup, the focus is the parents, but we know how important it is to have a child friendly space whilst parents enjoy a cuppa! Parents will get a wellbeing goodie bag at the end.

From 1.45pm our special guest Kathie Schoeller from Canedah will be leading a conversation around post natal wellbeing. She has 12 years experience of scientific and fundamental work as a Physiotherapist B.Sc., Craniosacral therapist (osteopathic treatment for babies and mums including birth trauma release) and body work skills with healing techniques. Her toolbox is full of different holistic and scientific skills to help mums, in their individual situation.

The last 15 minutes there will be a free baby massage workshop for whoever wishes to take part, mats will be provided, just bring a blanket for baby and oil if you wish but you can also take part without oil.

£1 donation is encouraged to go towards the church that provides the space, donation is optional, if you don’t wish to give it just use code NODONATIONFORNOW at checkout.

Donation is per family, twins don’t pay any extra and mum and partners are welcome, as well as babies with additional health care needs.
